What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. We ship internationally and domestically. We are located in Illinois, USA. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We keep shipping costs as low as possible by determining the weight of your order to calculate the cost of shipping.

DOMESTIC

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is in the possession of USPS, they are responsible for the delivery of your order. Any orders returned to sender, for any reason, will incur a reshipping charge of $5. If your order was returned to sender, you can cancel your order and get a refund of the total amount minus shipping cost or you can reship your order for $5.

INTERNATIONAL

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is in the possession of USPS, they are responsible for the delivery of your order. If your order was returned to sender, you can cancel your order and get a refund of the total amount minus shipping cost or you can reship your order for $15-$20. We are not responsible for any duties or customs charges.

Are your items cruelty free?

Yes. All of our items are 100% Cruelty Free!

Do you have wholesale pricing?

No, currently we do not offer wholesale.

If your items are damaged, you have 24 hours from delivery to email a picture of the damaged item to customersupport@midascosmetics.com.
